Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order at the checkout.
To keep your costs to a minimum all items are sent via standard mail - 2nd class Royal Mail within the UK and Standard International elsewhere.
Should you require an express or tracked service, please contact us before placing your order.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email detailing the items you have ordered.
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day.
You will receive a confirmation email once the item has been shipped.
Taxes and customs
When ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the goods reach their destination.
Any such fees for customs clearance must be covered by the customer. Customs policies and charges vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for specific information.

IMPORANT INFORMATION FOR EU CUSTOMERS: Following recent changes to the way import duty and VAT are paid, we are no longer able to process transactions from the EU on this shop. However, if you are interested in a product, please contact us and we will forward you a link to a separate platform that will be able to calculate all fees due on a purchase up front, thus removing the risk of unexpected fees on delivery.
The pandemic has caused some unpredictability in delivery times. Items within the UK should arrive in 2-4 working days, though in some cases it is taking much longer.
Returns - Damaged/Defective
If the books you ordered have been damaged in transit, are not what you ordered, or are defective, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org on receipt providing as a detailed explanation with supporting photographs.
Returns - Change of mind
If you wish to return or exchange your order for any other reason, please email us at email@example.com on receipt of your item.
Books should then be sent back to the address listed below.
The item(s) should be new and unopened. Returns must be securely packaged. Please note the shipping costs will not be reimbursed for a change of mind return. We recommend that return shipments are sent using a trackable service as reimbursements will only be made on receipt of the item.
